To be honest, I guess part of the sexual nature of my diaper fetish, what little there is, is I really like seeing girls in pads. I like the feeling myself , and like to imagine what pads must feel like to a girl who has to wear them. Also, I really like panties, I think they're cute and sexy, and pads turn any pair of panties into a sexy little diaper... so it's easy to guess why I love pads. I feel like I shouldn't have to say this, but I'm not into menstruation fetish, thats a bit much for me. Go here for more scramblings on this topic.

I can say as a female that likes cute panties and diapers, that when I get my period I like a nice thick pad that feels like a diaper. I don't like any other parts of having my period, but a nice pad that feels like a diaper makes it ok.
